Church Hall | St Thomas'
St Thomas’ Church Hall is situated in Wickham Close, CV6 2FD, just off Bennetts Road South. There is ample car parking in front of the Hall, and a bus stop on Bennetts Road South, just at the end of Wickham Close.
Alternatively, you may walk through the churchyard from the Tamworth Road.
The main hall is a large hall with approximately 9 x 7.5 metres (29 x 24 feet) of usable space (with a stage); there is permanent storage of nursery items which takes up some space at the rear of the large hall. There is a kitchen, a lobby and a range of toilet facilities including an accessible toilet. There are 8 tables, seating for 50 adults and 20 children. The seating is functional but please note has been in constant use over many years.

Rainbows meet in the main hall on Tuesdays, 6 to 7pm

Brownies meet in the Scout hut on Wednesdays, 6 to 7.30pm
“Brownies is about trying new things that teach girls aged seven to 10 about themselves, their community and their world”
Guides Meet on Mondays from 7-8.30pm in the main hall.

Pilates
A regular Pilates session runs on Wednesday evenings, 7-8pm, led by Kim Brown. This session is popular so please contact Kim direct or email the office with permission for us to pass your contact details on to her.
Booking the Hall
Regular Booking of Main Hall
The church hall is available to hire on a regular basis. It is fully booked during weekdays but is available on some evenings. A regular payment agreement will be drawn up for paying by direct credit into our bank account. Prices are the same Band A and Band B listed below.
Occasional Hire
The church hall is available to hire for occasional events. It is fully booked during weekdays. Hire payment is required in advance of booking by cash, cheque, or direct credit.
Prices are in 2 bands:
- Band A is for meetings/light activity groups with no food or drink, using the main hall only.
- Band B is for parties; any events with food and drink; events using the main hall and optionally the kitchen
There is a minimum charge and a deposit required.
